Requirements for Fibre Leasing

1. Client letter of introduction to KPC Managing Director
2. Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) License (NFP-T2 and/or ASP).
3. Approvals for the type of equipment to be used.
4. CR 12 not older than 1 month.
5. VAT Certificate.
6. KRA PIN Certificate.
7. KRA tax compliance certificate
8. Financial and other due diligence documents
9. Leased on a per-core or per-Km basis, with options for short-term or long-term contracts. Alternatively, it can be sold outright for exclusive use by the purchaser.
